I first founded Sweet Concepts, later to become part of the Promo Concepts group in 1993. It’s now one of the longest-lasting and most well established promotional gift companies within the UK’s highly competitive promotional confectionery industry and is a leading supplier of corporate gifts and corporate sweets.
As well as being a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of all types of promotional sweets, chocolates and mints. Sweet Concepts is an innovator within the highly competitive corporate gift marketplace, therefore as I am constantly and continuously designing unique and exclusive patented products for the brand.
I have patented a few unique new gift products, as well as designing and creating more gift and promotional concepts, which has helped to keep the company at the front of the UK’s promotional gifting corporate queue.
It’s obviously difficult as an inventor to have favourites, but it would be fair to say that two of my favourites are two of the gifts we’re best know for are the wonderful Mini Mint Cube and The Mint Twister are globally trade marked and patented products and were market leaders and the first of their kind.
From humble beginnings as a small company selling solely to our local area in London, we’re now a multi-national supplier to many blue chip brands and companies across Europe, the Middle East, the USA and the Far East. It’s so rewarding to see something that started off so small grow and develop into something so big, and I’m really proud of what the whole team here have achieved over the years.
